Literally the best ice cream I've ever had. The birthday ice cream has frosting and sprinkles in it. The venue is also awesome, it has a nice outdoor seating area with yard games and fire pits. There's a cool area for kids to play as well. Definitely worth a stop by for great prices and a tasty treat!

Amazing ice cream! Go multiple times each time we vacation in BV. Also a really cool location, great place to sit and relax, plus lots of things for the kids to do after they've finished their delicious ice cream!

Amazing ice cream. Tried Colorado mud, the jack daniels and the sleepless and they were all amazing, but the sleepless was by far the best. It had caramelized coffee beans with sugar on them in it which was really fantastic.

Such a cute little ice cream shop. Delicious ice cream with lots of flavors and pretty garden to sit in. Our boys enjoyed the dirt box and little club house. Can't wait to come back when we visit again!

Love the home made ice cream, waffle cones & shakes. Poor management though. I felt so sorry for the guy working all by himself on a Saturday night (8/08/20). There was a line to the curb of people, but he kept going. He was exhausted when I finally got to the counter at closing time. That guy deserves a raise or bonus! His will power & determination to keep going was worth applauding. Way to go young man!!

The staff was extremely rude. I was telling them my order, just chocolate ice cream and the staff member that was helping me was constantly rolling his eyes and speaking to me with attitude. I felt so uncomfortable that I didn’t have an appetite anymore. I also had a rewards card that I gave to him and he did not accept it.

Very welcoming and helpful staff, good ice cream with varieties for the whole family including what you want it served in, toppings, and they still make malts with your choice of the dipped ice cream. They also will let you sample the ice cream so you can order after trying your flavor(s). Thank you for the great service and good quality and selection of ice cream

Love, love, love the ice cream. Hate the way they let the employees run the shop. They always have plenty of people working, but usually only one person actually helping customers. The wait is almost always between 30 minutes- 1 hour.

Best homemade ice cream I've ever had! The staff was super friendly and helpful with reccomending flavors! Absolutely the cutest and most beautiful ice cream place I've ever been to! The outdoor seating and play area was a great idea! Loved everything about it!

Their vegan vanilla ice cream is phenomenal! It takes like vanilla coconut and the waffle cone was delicious. I have never had a vegan ice cream that good. I didn't take a pic because I was too busy enjoying it!

One of the best things the family ate on our vacation. The waffle cone is delicious. Talked to a fella in their lobby, believe it was the owner as he was ordering repairs. Either way the guy seemed nice.

I have been here several times by myself and always order two scoops in a cup. This visit, I was with a friend who ordered one scoop. I couldn't help but notice, her single scoop was nearly the same size as my two scoops. When the owner walked by, I brought it to his attention and showed him. He simply said, "we'll have to work on that". I was surprised that he didn't offer to make it right. Very poor business acumens.Very disappointing. Since he made no effort to correct the problem, I will not return. There are too many other ice cream shops in Buena Vista.

Love this ice cream shop!!! Anytime we are out near BV we absolutely MUST stop by for these tasty ice cream treats! Every flavor Ive tried is delicious. The tucked away garden seating area just puts this shop over the top!

Friendly staff with a cool outdoor spot to enjoy your ice cream. The ice cream was really yummy and great price. The hot fudge wasn’t hot fudge, but still good chocolate syrup. We found a new spot to visit after a long day!

The ice cream was amazing!!! I love that they had a vegan scream as well. It was SO creamy! Also the space where you eat your ice cream outside was the cutest. They had a chalk board wall, games to play and even a kids clubhouse and fire pit. Love the vibe here! I would definitely come back!

This place was awesome! The outdoor space was versatile, natural, and wonderful. The back area provided some kid friendly play. It was also connected to a cute gift shop. The ice cream was fantastic. We ordered a split scoop with graham cracker toffee and Colorado mud. I’ve never had graham cracker ice cream, but they executed it perfectly. I could’ve gone for more toffee pieces though.

Ordered ice cream for me and my family there tonight (August 8th) and let me tell you that this was the worst customer service I have ever seen. The young men/teenage worker with a dark green shirt was extremely rude to customers and lack the basic customer service qualities needed to work in such at atmosphere. When giving our loyalty rewards card he would not take it and wouldn’t return it into my hands, I had to grab it from the back of the counter because he was too « lazy » to hand it to me. Not courteous at all, very disappointing. I have noticed multiple reviews share the same type of service, and no change can be seen since it keeps happening regularly. Management should take this matter very seriously has these workers are the faces of the business.

Louie’s was possibly the best ice cream I’ve ever had. I tried Graham Cracker Station and Creamy Praline. They were both impossibly creamy and perfectly sweet. We stopped in Buena Vista for lunch on a road trip, and I only wish we had spent more time in town so I could try more flavors. Buena Vista is so charming, and Louie’s is a must to try if you’re passing through!

Staff is friendly and efficient, great selection, and the outside area allows you enjoy your treat in a perfect outdoor area.

Delicious ice cream! I love it because I can't eat dairy but there is always a super yummy vegan option available. Only has outside seating but it's all comfy and plenty of shade.

I was looking forward to some ice cream after having dinner across the street. I ordered a chocolate milkshake for the ride home. It was terrible. I love chocolate and this tasted nothing like chocolate. A couple of other people tried it as well and agreed. Maybe I just got it at the wrong time or it wasn’t made right, but I was disappointed. I ended up tossing it in the trash.

This place is ADORABLE. The ice cream is standardly delicious but the atmosphere is what really sells it. Lots of seating and areas for the kids to play!

Off our beaten path and worth every bite! You have to try the coffee toffee and creamy praline. I put butterscotch and salt caramel as toppings on my. Yumtastic!!!

They were unprepared for summertime business? The ice cream I had was really good but the flavor selection was awfully poor. Very poor. I will one day visit again with the hopes that they actually have multiple ice cream flavors.I don't hold it against them. Perhaps there was a glitch in ordering. I like to support local businesses so I believe there is hope for this business despite having not very many options when I visited. Small town. Hot summer. Try it out if you have a chance. You'll be glad you did.

The place is cute, nice gardens. The staff was kind. However, the ice cream was nothing spectacular. Between the 3 of us in our group: the lemon sorbet was basically flavorless ice. The cherry walnut barely tasted like cherries. The butter pecan was pretty much vanilla ice cream with a couple pecans sprinkled in. This ice cream place could definitely improve on the ice cream itself.

Tried a few different flavors here and they were all great. But you can't go wrong with a salted chocolate ice cream.

The dulche de Leche ice cream was delish with the waffle cone. The peanut butter fudge, billionaires and Irish stout got great marks too!

Every imaginable flavor of ice cream & they are all supreme.
